The A2039 is used for measurement in single-phase and balanced three-phasse circuits. form a phase discriminating circuit, the output of the built-it transducer produces a DC proportional to the phase between voltage and current to operate the DC indicator.

The A2038 uses a freqeency-to-DC current transducer whith drives a high
sensitivity moving coil type indicator it features accurate Freguency measurements without noticeable influence of line voltage fluctuation (50 to 300V) or wave form distortion.

Rated Accuracy : ±0.2% of full scale value on 45 to 65Hz range
                            ±1.0% of full scale value on 20 to 100Hz range
                            ±0.5% of full scale value on 100 to 500Hz range
